Event terms & policies

1. Ticket Purchase & Final Sale

All ticket purchases are final.

No refunds or exchanges unless explicitly stated within a specific event listing.

Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and entry type purchased.

2. Ticket Transfers

Ticket transfer eligibility, when permitted, must follow the process outlined in the event listing.

Caza Events reserves the right to verify ticket ownership and deny entry in cases of duplication or misuse.

3. Event Modifications

Events may be adjusted, rescheduled, or modified if necessary.

Registered ticket holders will be notified using the contact information provided at purchase.

Tickets remain valid for the updated event unless otherwise communicated.

4. Age Requirements & Alcohol Service

Alcoholic beverage service is available only to guests 21+ with valid government-issued identification.

Wristband verification is required where applicable.

Age restrictions vary by event and will be stated within the event listing.

5. Payment Policy

Payment methods vary by event.

When designated as cashless, only approved digital payment methods (credit or debit) will be accepted.

6. Entry & Conduct

Caza Events reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of event guidelines.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Liability & Insurance

Insurance and compliance requirements are coordinated in alignment with venue standards.

Licensed vendors are required to maintain appropriate coverage for their services.

8. Media & Photography

Events may be photographed, recorded, or documented for promotional and archival purposes.

By attending, guests acknowledge and consent to the use of images or footage in marketing materials, digital platforms, and future event promotion unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the event.

9. Force Majeure

Caza Events shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government regulations, venue restrictions, public safety concerns, or unforeseen emergencies.

In such cases, ticket validity, rescheduling, or alternative arrangements will be determined at the discretion of the event producer and communicated to registered ticket holders.
